Attached is the Race for the Crown entry form.  If you would like to enter, please print off the form, fill it out, and mail as instructed.  Also attached below are a donation/advertising sponsorship letter explaining what you get for your donation/sponsorship, and a form for inserting your company logo/advertising.  Please print off both pages and return your completed advertising form to Race for the Crown c/o Lebanon Community Church 13500 Lebanon Rd.
